Founded in 1996 after 10 years of service with Bell Canada, Sideline Telephone Service Inc. has served the phone system needs of businesses throughout the Niagara Region. Sideline Telephone Service Inc. expanded into security cameras and access control in 2002.

In 2013, Sideline Telephone Service Inc. became a certified E-MetroTel provider for Southern Ontario. E-MetroTel's UCX family of products start where the ubiquitous Nortel/Norstar phone systems left off. Thanks to their familiar functionality and operation, they are our top recommendation for expanding and replacing existing Nortel installations.

In 2018 we expanded our services by providing our clients with the additional convenience of offering configuration services for their IT needs. This has allowed Sideline Telephone Service Inc. to offer a full suit of services, from design through installation and configuration.

Our team of technicians is fully trained on all our equipment and use a testing environment at our offices to ensure they keep up to date with latest technologies, test new solutions and troubleshoot any problems.
